Our Weddings - Saturdays - May to September

3-day hire, furniture, glassware, crockery, cutlery, and so much more are included in these costs. For more details, please see below.

Exclusive use of all three magically lit stretch tents with wooden floors throughout.
Use of a licensed ceremony area
Access to the site two days before your booking, one day for drop off, and one day to set up and decorate
Access to the site the day after the event for your suppliers to clear away and for your guests to collect cars
A dedicated Wedding Coordinator
Details of some of the best local suppliers to make the day your own
Total support for you and your suppliers including meetings, site visits, email and telephone
Staff available throughout your day - including ceremony assistants, evening managers, bar manager and housekeeping staff
Fully stocked pay bars which accepts cash and card payments

Five luxury toilets, including baby change and disabled access
Swedish fire logs and fire pit
Horsebox children’s play and rest area for children, including Playstation and DVDs and an outside games area
Bespoke tables and chairs plus occasional furniture
Cutlery, crockery and glasses
Lighting of the grove and tent, including uplighting of the trees
PA and speakers
Use of large woodland kitchen with power, hot water, sink and prep area, including a large chest freezer full of ice and ice maker for the day
50kW space heater with fuel
Over 100 large (two person) umbrellas and a number of blankets
The ability to use your own suppliers and caterers (excluding Pay Bar)
Clear up and recycling
A mains single phase power supply which is sufficient for all your needs
Exclusive use of The Oak Grove parking field, inclusive of overnight parking for guests

Firm bookings require a signed contract and 25% deposit. The next payment is due 12 months before your Wedding bringing the amount to 50% of the total contract. A payment to bring amounts to 75% is due 6 months before and then the final 25% (and a refundable £1,000 security deposit) are due 3 months prior to your wedding.
Bar and music must be finished by 11.00pm
Taxis should be booked no later than 11.30pm
While we’re happy for you to make the Grove your own, we ask that no decorative alterations are made to the tents themselves and that you are sympathetic to our lovely oak trees
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area, so only very well behaved dogs and guide dogs are allowed
The site is bounded on one side by the River Medway, there is also a shallow 'swale' within the grove - so we ask that the hirers are responsible for making sure that children and others are kept safe
