Step aboard The Leven is Strijd and enjoy an overnight stay in the beautifully restored Captain’s Cabin, just a short walk from The Oak Grove.
Your stay includes bubbles, a welcome basket/midnight snacks, breakfast on board, and complimentary tea and coffee. The air-conditioned and heated cabin features a king-sized bed, an onboard shower room and loo, a relaxing lounge area and original 1920s details.

Get ready beside the river at Leven is Strijd in our beautiful glass-fronted stretch tent, just a two-minute walk from The Oak Grove.
The cost includes 2 glasses of prosecco per person, plus orange juice & snacks. Fully heated and air-conditioned with the doors closed, it’s a private, peaceful space tucked away from your guests, yet just moments from the venue.

Exclusive Sunday Morning Brunch

There’s no need for the celebrations to end just yet! Gather your favourite people for a relaxed Sunday morning brunch at Leven is Strijd, with beautifully presented charcuterie boards, fresh pastries and time to relive the highlights of your wedding day.
Enjoy one last get-together with your closest family and friends before saying your goodbyes. Available for up to 20 guests – a lovely way to round off your wedding weekend.
Please note that these areas are held at our sister venue, The Leven is Strijd which is a 2min walk from The Oak Grove.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Grove T&Cs
Visits and viewings; please contact us by e-mail or phone to arrange a time to visit. We will do all we can to accommodate you!
Firm bookings require a signed contract and 25% deposit. The next payment is due 12 months before your Wedding bringing the amount to 50% of the total contract. A payment to bring amounts to 75% is due 6 months before and then the final 25% (and a refundable £1,000 security deposit) are due 3 months prior to your wedding.
Bar and music must be finished by 11.00pm
Taxis should be booked no later than 11.30pm
While we’re happy for you to make the Grove your own, we ask that no decorative alterations are made to the tents themselves and that you are sympathetic to our lovely oak trees
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area, so only very well behaved dogs and guide dogs are allowed
The site is bounded on one side by the River Medway, there is also a shallow 'swale' within the grove - so we ask that the hirers are responsible for making sure that children and others are kept safe
