Located in North Kent and nestled between two small villages, this oak glade is a magnificent woodland wedding venue. We can offer an exquisite ‘living willow’ licensed ceremony area to complete your day.
The wood itself sits beside tranquil meadows and is set within five acres of the North Kent countryside. Our treasured copse is not only surrounded by farmland on three sides but also lies within the ancient Saxon Shore Way on the banks of the River Medway.
The stunning stretch tents are vaulted within a ring of huge oaks.
The main tent is larger than a triple hat Tipi - but covers a single space. The two smaller tents are seamlessly joined to the main one and are ideal for catering, chilling out, bar and dancing.
We can accommodate up to 120 guests (160 in evening) and while the site is completely rural, we have provided viable disabled access. There is also ample parking, including overnight.
Weddings and handfastings take place under the 'living willow' arbor.
Standing on top of a low grassy mound, the leafy structure becomes a focal point for your guests. The seating area in front the arbor can seat up to 120.
Use of our stunning antique bar to serve your drinks from throughout the day is included. The bar acts as a focal point for your guests and offers two 48 bottle fridges and a large chiller plus storage. We can also provide a pay bar service stocked with artisan Kentish products.
Available for your caterers to use, this 3m x 6m woodland kitchen has hot and cold running water, double sink, food prep area, power and heating. You can also choose to use it as an additional outside bar or for post ceremony drinks
Five luxury toilets are converted from vintage horseboxes. Fully stocked with all the essentials, there are two female, two male and one disabled access with baby change facilities. These toilets are water flushing (not chemical) and are cleaned for you throughout the day.
